Stelly’s Baby Shop is a registered Kenyan business dedicated to providing quality baby and maternity products.
Throughout this document, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Stelly’s Baby Shop, and “you” refers to the customer or user of our services.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

2. Products and Availability

We strive to display our products accurately, including descriptions, images, and prices. However, we cannot guarantee that all details are always 100% accurate due to variations in lighting, screen displays, or stock availability.

All products are subject to availability. In the event that an item is out of stock after you’ve placed an order, we will notify you immediately and offer an alternative or a full refund.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices listed are in Kenyan Shillings (KSh) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payment can be made through:

• M-Pesa (Paybill)
• Credit or Debit Card
• Bank Transfer
• Cash on Delivery

Your payment details are processed securely. We do not store your financial information.

4. Orders and Confirmation

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation message with your order details.
Orders will be processed once full payment has been received (except for cash-on-pickup and cash-on-delivery orders).
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if:

• Payment is not completed
• The product is unavailable
• Fraud or suspicious activity is suspected

5. Delivery and Shipping

We deliver across Kenya.

• Standard Delivery: Within 2–3 business days for most locations.
• Same-Day Express Delivery: Available within Nairobi at an extra charge.
• Shop Pickup: Available at our stores in RNG Plaza, Nairobi and Lower Kabete branch.

Delivery timelines may vary based on your location or courier logistics beyond our control.

6. Returns and Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 14 days of delivery — provided it is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

We will replace or refund your item once it has been inspected.
Returns are accepted only for:

• Wrong item delivered
• Damaged or defective products

7. Damaged or Missing Items

We take great care to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition.
If your package arrives damaged or missing items, please report it immediately to our team within 24 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damaged items and packaging for faster resolution.

8. Privacy & Security

Your privacy matters to us. All personal data you provide is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, ensuring secure and confidential handling of your information.
We use industry-standard encryption to protect your transactions and data.

9. Use of Website

You agree not to misuse our website or engage in activities that could harm its operation, security, or reputation.
All content, images, and materials on this site are owned by Stelly’s Baby Shop and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Liability

Stelly’s Baby Shop will not be held responsible for delays, damages, or losses arising from events beyond our control, including courier delays, natural disasters, or technical issues.
Our liability is limited to the value of the item purchased.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya.
